Learning Management Systems are your primary tool to organize course content, communicate with students, schedule assignments and exams, and store grades.

Learning Management Systems (LMS)

A Learning Management System (LMS) allows you to provide students access to your course information (including the syllabus), communicate and interact with you and their classmates, complete assignments, participate in online discussions, take exams, and participate in a variety of other learning activities.

There are two primary learning management systems at BYU.

BYU Learning Suite

BYU Learning Suite is a Learning Management System used by many faculty at BYU. If you are the primary instructor of a course in AIM, your courses will automatically be ready in Learning Suite.
